Individual and Group Sessions
For those wanting a more personalized approach I teach RELAx virtually. We meet every two to three weeks for 8 sessions. I offer this to individuals, families, and groups. These are private sessions for those who have completed RELAx online and wish to dive deeper or those wishing to have a helping as they navigate their understanding of the practice of Mindfulness.

I’m Linda and it would be my honor to teach and support your practice of Mindfulness. Each of us have a bright inner light that guides us back into the peace within. That light radiates out into the world, bringing peace to others.

We often forget and get depleted. My hope is to remind you of your power. Mindfulness is a westernized interpretation of Buddhism and Yoga, presented in a non-secular manner and is now evidenced based in the field of Psychology. This practice builds a healthier, stronger and more compassionate brain. It’s only a breath away.

Linda LaMarca Schuler, MA LPC is formally trained in education, (public and Montessori), special education, counseling psychology, and yoga. She has been practicing Mindfulness for over 25 years and teaching for over 12. Mindful Experiences grew to Consciously Evolving and our community of learners.
